Every randomised parcel in Under Heavens publishes its odds before you buy. This page mirrors the exact table the game rolls against.
Storefront rules require any purchase that grants randomised virtual items to disclose the chance of each outcome before you buy. Under Heavens shows this table in the shop, in front of every parcel, and the numbers below are read from the same file the game rolls against — they cannot drift apart.
A parcel gives three cards. Each card is rolled independently: first a rarity from the table, then a card of that rarity from whatever pool the parcel covers, with every card in the pool equally likely.
There is no pity counter, no rate-up, and no rarity guarantee beyond a parcel’s own floor. If that ever changes, this page and the in-game table change with it.

Chances are per card drawn. A parcel with a floor renormalises the base table over the rarities it can actually contain, which is why its numbers are higher than the unfiltered column.
